What if I forgot my password?

From our novation.org homepage, you can click Forgot Password next to the login fields and then click Forgot Username on the window that opens.

What is the best way to change my account?

Updating personal information can be done within eBranch Online Banking or Mobile App. Simply click on your settings to edit.

What is my address?

Can you provide information about my credit score?

We are unable to provide specific details relating to your credit score. To obtain this information, we recommend contacting one of the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) or utilizing AnnualCreditReport.com.

Could you guide me through the steps to retrieve my account statements?

You can enroll in and access eStatements through eBranch online banking. Simply log in and select eStatements. eStatements are not available through our Mobile App.

Can I view the balance on my account?

Remote deposit functionality is available in the Novation mobile app.

What are the remote deposit limits?

There is a $10,000 maximum for a single remote deposit, a $25,000 daily maximum for remote deposits, and a $50,000 limit for the rolling 30-day period.

You can use your card while travelling but be sure to log in to online banking or the Novation Cards app and turn on travel notifications to avoid any purchase interruptions while away from home.

How do I increase my debit card transaction or ATM limit?

To increase the ATM or transaction limit you will need to speak with one of our representatives. Please call 800-369-6628 during business hours for assistance.

How can I add another cardholder to my account?

How long does it take a check to clear?

Checks can be ordered through eBranch Online Banking. Once logged in, go to Additional Services, then select Check Re-Order. Check orders will take 10 – 15 business days to arrive.

No specific documentation is required to apply for a loan. Once we have received your application, the assigned Financial Solutions Officer will detail all required items to move forward.

What’s the procedure for a lost credit card?

To report a lost or stolen card, log in to eBranch Online Banking or the NovationCards Mobile App.

If I have unauthorized transactions on my account what should I do?

Report a lost or stolen card in eBranch online banking. Within Card Management, select Manage Card and then select Report as Lost or Report as Stolen. Would you like me to text you these instructions?

How can I add another cardholder to my account?

Can you clarify the provisional credit process for me?

Sorry you’re having issues with your card. If you’ve already disputed a charge, it may take up to 10 business days to receive provisional credit. A team member can discuss additional charges or issues with you.

Can I roll over my 401k?

With decades of experience supporting employees and retirees of 3M (and now Solventum), the team possesses extensive knowledge on all aspects of retirement planning. Beyond retirement, they also provide expertise across general financial planning areas such as estate planning, IRAs, education funding, insurance planning, and asset allocation.

How can I view my tax forms?

Tax documents are mailed out each January or can be found in the eStatements section of Online Banking. Documents are provided for members who have earned at least $10 in interest on a deposit account, or paid on a home loan during the year.

Yes. Coin counting machines are available for members at each of our branch locations.

Do you offer Notary Services or Medallion Signatures?

Notary Services and Medallion Signature Guarantees are available at each of our branch locations. Medallion Signatures are limited to transactions less than $100,000.

Do you have a Safe Deposit box? How much is the rental?

We offer Safe Deposit Boxes at our Oakdale branch. Please contact one of our representatives to discuss availability.
