2019 Board Nominees Announced

Announcing our 2019 Board of Directors nominees
 
As previously announced, three of our Board of Director positions are up for election in 2019. The following were nominated to serve three-year terms:

Mike Kronebusch (incumbent)—Global Platform Operations Leader, Medical Solutions Division

Mike joined 3M in 2001 and spent his first 16 years in a variety of Finance roles. In the past 2 years, he has worked in strategy and operations within the Health Care business. Mike attended St. John’s University (MN) and earned a degree in Business Management. Mike and his wife live in Stillwater, MN.

Shawn Schow (incumbent)—Senior Treasury Business Analyst, 3M Commercial Solutions Division
Shawn has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Political Science from Westminster College. He has been a 3Mer since 1988 and lives with his wife in Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Nancy L. SeleskiDirector, Global Facilities & Services
In her 32-year career, Nancy has held a variety of positions including manufacturing engineer, operations management, Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Black Belt, division quality manager, division supply chain manager and supply chain director. In her current role, she is responsible for facilities and services on 3M campus and Austin campus. 

In addition to her direct responsibilities, Nancy is also a very active mentor and advocate for women at 3M. She has been involved with the formation of a global Women’s Leadership Forum and is passionate about developing new employees. 


Please note that no petitions to run for the Board of Directors were received by the March 1, 2019 deadline. Since nominations will not be accepted from the floor, voting this year will be done by acclamation during the Annual Meeting on April 17, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the APAC Room (3M Center Building 224).
As a reminder, our Solutions Expo will take place immediately following the Annual Meeting. Information tables will once again be setup to learn more about our history, membership, as well as our products and solutions. Novation staff will also be presenting various financial education topics. These topics and their presentation times will be announced later this month.

Pre-registration is not required to attend this event. Please feel free to attend if your schedule allows. Light food and refreshments will be served throughout the day.
