Important Information Regarding Your Visa® Credit Card

Since 1954, Novation Credit Union has been committed to providing our members with the highest quality financial solutions designed to assist them through life’s milestones. With this commitment in mind, we wanted to let you know that we will be introducing some exciting new enhancements to our Visa® Platinum Rewards Credit Card Program:
  • New Look Inside eBranch. Starting August 26, 2019, there will be a new look when you access your Visa account through eBranch Online Banking. There will be lImited access to services throughout this week. By the end of the week all services should be available to you. You will still be able to see transaction history, make payments, view/redeem reward points, view eStatements and report a lost or stolen card. Please note: You will be asked to register your Novation Visa credit card the first time you access this new page. After that initial enrollment, it will be a simple click from eBranch to view your detailed account information.
  • New Rewards Program. All your current UChoose points will be automatically transferred to our new loyalty program, CURewards®. Please note: Starting August 26, 2019, you will need to register your card when you click on the Rewards tab for the first time on your Visa account page.
  • One Phone Number for All Your Needs. If you have questions about your Visa account or want to report it lost or stolen, call Novation’s toll-free number: (800) 369-6628. Please note: If your card lists (877) 602-9024 and (605) 782-3538 on the back, disregard as these numbers will be disconnected

  • Redesigned Statement. Your September Visa statement will have a new look. Please note: After August 23, 2019, your last three months of Visa statements will be available for viewing. If you wish to access previous months, download and save them from eBranch prior to August 23, 2019.
  • COMING SOON: New Security & Convenience Via our Mobile App. Exciting new mobile enhancements will be available in October so you will not be able to access your Visa account information for a short time on your mobile device. Once introduced, many of the popular features and functionality you have asked for will be available:
    • Set travel notifications
    • Submit transaction disputes
    • Lock/unlock your Visa card
    • Make a payment to your credit card
    • View recent and pending transactions
    • Create alerts
    • Report your card lost or stolen
