New eBranch & Mobile Banking...is here!

 FIRST TIME LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

      Username = Your 7 digit member number
      Password = Last 4 digits of the Primary Member's Social Security Number
  • You will be prompted to change your username and password after you login the first time. Please note that for security reasons your new user name cannot be your Novation member number.

The new eBranch and Mobile Apps are here!

The new and improved eBranch, our Online Banking service, brings you a whole new look, easier on-the-go banking and the latest in technology. Along with the new eBranch comes new mobile and tablet apps as well. You will need to download the new Novation app from the App Store℠ or Google Play™. Please delete the previous app from your smartphone and/or tablet.

The new eBranch offers options to simplify and centralize your financial management tasks for quick, convenient access. You will find that the new eBranch is easier to use starting with the Dashboard.                                                                              

Dashboard (My Accounts tab)

The Dashboard brings a whole new look for easy online banking. It also provides a quick overview of your Novation accounts, outside financial accounts and view your spending habits. You’ll find it very convenient to schedule Bill Pay payments right from here.
 

Bill Pay Tab

Paying your bills has never been easier! Our new Bill Pay will be available directly on the Dashboard—the first page you see when you log in. You will now be able to select a bill’s due date rather than try to figure out when you need a payment to be started to be paid on time. 
 

Manage Money Tab

You will be able to access FinanceWorks™ (see details on this brand new feature below) and TurboTax® from this tab on the Dashboard.

FinanceWorks™

Budget and manage money in one centralized place through FinanceWorks– a personal financial management tool. You can access FinanceWorks two different ways: 1) Select the Manage Money tab – Account Overview or 2) Click on the Go to FinanceWorks link in the View My Spending box on the Dashboard.

Move Money Tab

Making transfers has never been easier or more convenient than now! Under this tab, you’ll find many options to make and schedule transfers; whether it’s inter institutional transfers or external transfers.

Make a Transfer
This option allows you to transfer funds between your Novation Savings, Checking and Line of Credit accounts. You can also make transfers to other Novation members right here, simply click on Add Recipient in the transfer box.
 
Shedule a Transfer
This option allows you to schedule one-time or recurring transfers. To get started, simply click on the Add button to be able to choose start date, frequency and end date.
 
External Transfers
You will be able to Pay Other People with Popmoney® (see details on this brand new feature below). You also will now have the ability to transfer from your Novation account to an account you might have at a different financial institution. Fees may apply.
 
Popmoney®
Making transfers in the new online banking is easy and convenient. For external transfers, you will use Popmoney—a person to person payment service. You can send and receive payments by simply emailing or texting and you don’t need a separate account, it’s all done through eBranch. You can access Popmoney directly through the Dashboard under the Move Money tab – External Transfers.
 
Transfer to Another Recipient
You can select this drop down menu option to directly to add another Novation member to your transfer recipients list.

 

Quicken Conversion Instructions

As Novation completes its system conversion, you will need to modify your Quicken settings to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Please note, you must do this prior to September 14, 2015. Click here for complete instructions.
